Okay, so after numerous real-life stuff, I am finally back and ready to make some major adjustments to this site. We are upgrading to PHPBB3, though this board will not switch until I have all the components for the new site working. When the new board is ready, I'll lock this board, copy everything over, and switch the URLs so the new board is active.
So, changes coming down the pipe:
Board-Wide upgrade to PHPBB3
Theme Update: as much as I like DustyGreen, it was never kept updated to new PHPBB versions. We are keeping HeadPhone_Child's awsome banner, however.
Comic Codebase Update: this has needed work for awhile, as we're missing some key features such as caching, comic theming, and commentary/notes on the comics
Home/Summary Page update: this will need to be updated for phpbb3 anyway, but I'm going to add the latest comic posts to it as well, and make an RSS feed for it, for those of you that are into that.
Affiliates/Links: We haven't had any, or places to display them, for a long while. This is a problem. This Will Be Fixed.
TNO link banners: They're going to be made, if I have to make them myself.
CONTENT: yer. this is where we usually have issues. Well, aside from my personal intention of stirring up some content/comics/etc. myself, I'm hoping to get Josh and Anjiro to come up with some stuff, and am also iterested in getting some new RP's and such going. Music...might be coming back, though I'm not really the one who can guarentee that.

So, lofty goals...high intentions...Maybe we can make this site lively again. Maybe we'll fail. But in the end, let's try to make it memorable, eh?
